Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) is widely used in modern ultra-speed and ultra-precision machine tool for its simple structure、high efficiency、high precision and so on.Compared with the traditional transmission mode "roller screw and rotary motor",the primary of the linear motor will directly affect by any load disturbance due to its less of intermediate gearing, this will have a great impact on the operation performance and positional accuracy for linear motor control system..The traditional PID control is particularly applicable for deterministic system which can establish a precise mathematical model with its advantages of good stability, simple structure, and strong applicability. However, in the application of non-linearity and more external disturbances, the traditional PID control can not achieve the desired control effect that we want. Therefore, in order to make the control system has a better anti- disturbance performance and system tracking ability, we must introduce an advanced control strategies which combined with traditional PID control method to reduce the effect of external disturbances on the system tracking ability.In this paper after the analysis of the vector control system and its changes which based on the basic theory of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, we adopted the control strategy of id to zero and voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). This system use the structure of three-loops:they are as follows inner current loop、speed loop and outer position loop. Compared with the conventional servo control method, in order to make the anti-disturbance performance and system tracking ability both can achieve the best this system adopted two degree of freedom(2DOF) PID controller in outer position loop.Meanwhile, we combined the fuzzy control method with two degree of freedom control which constitute of Fuzzy 2DOF PID controller to make the system can adjust the PID parameters online, compared to the traditional PID control, its have a higher accuracy, faster response and suitable for the complex work environment and parameter varying occasions.In this paper, we built the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in development environment correspondingly based on the fuzzy two degree of freedom PID control, the simulation results show that the system has a strong robust and also has a good anti-disturbance performance and setting value tracking ability which has a good application prospects.In this paper, we designed the control platform for permanent magnet synchronous linear motor based on the real-time simulation machine AD5435 and designed the software detailedly. The real-time simulation technology is a part of physical access simulation system which can observe the part of physical in the simulation system, so that we can through the actual operation of the controlled object to examine the operating performance of the controlled system. Compared with other kinds of simulation methods, the real-time simulation technology has a higher authenticity and accuracy, therefore this simulation technology is a important way to improve the product quality and reduce the development cycle.
