Permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has wide speed range, highefficiency, small moment of inertia and simple control. As many sophisticated controlof the actuator, which is widely used in mechanical and electrical integration andaerospace and other fields, and have achieved remarkable results, and this trend willcontinue. For this purpose, constantly improving its performance is essential.In this paper, through the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor servosystem’s history and the trend of development, we know that developing the advancedpermanent magnetic synchronous motor servo system’s feasibility and necessity.through the studying of permanent magnet synchronous motor’s mathematical model,choosing Id=0as the system’s control strategies and using the voltage space vectorpulse width modulation.This system adopts three-loop control: they are the current loop,speed loop andposition loop.Compared with the traditional servo system of permanent magnetsynchronous motor, through improving the setting value filter type two degree offreedom PID controller, to simplify its structure, establishing a new target value filtertype two degree of freedom PID speed controller, the system has excellent resistanceto interference and target tracking controlling. At the same time in order to make thesystem has a certain adaptive ability, combined with fuzzy controller and the twodegree of freedom controller to form a new fuzzy target value filter type two degree offreedom PID speed controller. Compared with the traditional PID controller it has highcontrolling accuracy, response speed, suiting for the complicated working environment,and high controlling accuracy of occasions, such as for industrial robot control, canguarantee the system security, efficient operation.In simulation, first using Matlab7.0/simulink establishing the servo system model,and then set the system simulating parameter, carries on the simulation, the simulatingresults show that the system has excellent control performance,fully satisfy thepermanent magnet synchronous motor servo control’s technical requirements, has thevery strong vitality.This paper combined with the special motor control chip TMS320F2812design ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor servo system’s overall block diagram, and havedesigned the PID controller, hardware and software of servo system.
