With the progress of the times,technology is also constantly innovating.In the rapid updating of industrial technology,people's demand for the accuracy of machine tool feed system are getting higher and higher,which needs to improve the performance of the motor.As a kind of motor,permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is different from the rotary motor,with large thrust,higher speed advantage,and the study of it has great significance.Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor control system is a nonlinear system,there are many kinds of control algorithm for it,and no matter how excellent algorithms still can't avoid the existence of disturbance,therefore,this topic of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor disturbance rejection technology were studied.In this paper,first of all,the structure of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,classification and basic principle is introduced,and based on the three coordinate system transformation of the PMLSM,established the mathematical model of d-q coordinates.Then the basic principle of the vector control technology is briefly described,and the SVPWM technology is described in detail.The simulation of the vector control system is completed and the simulation of the vector control system based on the disturbance observer current compensation is completed.The algorithm of non-model adaptive control(MFAC)is analyzed,and the control rate algorithm and pseudo-partial derivative algorithm are deduced.The influence of parameters on the controller is studied.Then,based on the modelless adaptive control algorithm,the factors of the disturbance are analyzed,and the error estimation algorithm and the direction of wavelet denoising are analyzed respectively.Finally,the MFAC control algorithm is combined with the perturbation estimation and wavelet denoising method to complete the design of the new controller,and the simulation and result analysis are carried out in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.The validity and correctness of the method are verified by the comparison of the simulation results.The simulation results show that the optimized MFAC controller has a good effect on the disturbance.
