Under the situation of today, the rapid development of construction industry, carrier pile as a new construction technology, because of its simple operation, fast construction speed, easy quality control, high bearing capacity of single pile, low cost, can consume large amount of construction waste can effectively protect environment, in most parts of the country has been widely used, for the sustainable development of the construction industry made outstanding contributions. Combined with Beijing West Sand oriented resettlement housing project carrier pile engineering, using the method of field test and theoretical analysis, carrier pile bearing performance and engineering application are studied, and accumulate experience for the design and construction of similar projects in future. The main research work of this paper is:(1) this paper firstly introduces the formation and development of the technology of the carrier pile.;(2) combining with the actual engineering case, the economic rationality and the final selection of the carrier pile foundation are designed and calculated by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of different ground handling schemes..(3) a comparison system is made for the test of the carrier pile.. Through the field test, the bearing capacity of the carrier piles in the composite foundation is analyzed, and the low strain reflective wave method is used to detect the integrity of the pile, and the results show the feasibility of the method..(4) by comparing and analyzing the monitoring data of the displacement of building settlement, it shows good settlement and verifies the rationality of the design method and the reliability in the application of the construction..
