Honeycomb fibreboard as a new type of packaging materials, are widely used in various products transportation, packaging and other fields. Honeycomb fibreboard before the actual factory must carry on the protection of edge and Angle processing(called serging), is used to eliminate in the process of handling, storage and transportation of goods edge or corner of damage, and increase the surface strength of paper board, also has certain moisture and flame retardant function. Traditional edge and corner protector processing is through manual operation with protection of edge, Angle of paper package edge, in this paper, according to this way of package edge for "active edge". Due to firms that produce honeycomb fibreboard size is differ, "active edge" the protection of edge,Angle of paper also needs a variety of different specifications, and in the process of package edge need two skilled workers to operate, so the traditional "active edge" is not only the production efficiency is low, and the quality is uneven, and the production cost is relatively high.In this paper, first of all done a detailed research on the mechanical performance of honeycomb paperboard, the constitutive equation of honeycomb board was given, and according to the stress has obvious directivity design a don’t need an extra edge protector,kok paper bag machine automation, this paper called "passive" Honeycomb fibreboard package machine. The overlock machine adopts the "passive serging" means, is to use the cardboard package in accordance with its own allowance, don’t need all kinds of protection of edge, Angle of paper, greatly saves the cost of production. In order to overcome the honeycomb paperboard caused by internal stress of plate crown, forming device can make the pressure core with the edge of honeycomb paperboard core "pressure" to deal with, and to be more than the upper and lower epidermis of glue on the edge of the board edge to edge, this project is used in the automatic edge binding machine flexible servo system.Using the flexible servo system, can improve the stability of the entire unit and the product yield, automation of production way also improves the production efficiency, has great economic benefit and broad market.Finally using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the Honeycombfibreboard hydrostatic test status, analysis of cardboard features in compression, and based on Solidworks Simulation done to transmit the roller fatigue analysis, obtained the feasibility of the Honeycomb fibreboard package design side transmits. At the same time also to the original machine engineering and production of the main problems in has carried on the detailed analysis, preliminary concluded that the causes of these problems,and put forward corresponding improvement scheme combining with the actual production,resolved plan in the next generation of equipment.
