Analysis Of Water Using In Hebei Province Based On Dualistic Water Cycle Theory

With society and economy developing, population growing and people’s living standards improving, The people demands for water is bigger and bigger.Hebei Province accounts to 13.97% of the national per capita water resources in China,which is also one of provinces who have a relatively high-degree utilization of water resources, with the average groundwater overexploitation up to 5 billion m3 per year. Water scarcity has many reasons which include high degree usage of surface water, the continual decrease of entrying water, as well as the outward diversion of water. In general, water scarcity will constrain our local socio-economic development. Therefore, the change in Hebei province water study is significant.The main contents in paper:(1)Firstly, Water system is divided into water resources, social, ecological communities and the environment 4 sub-systems. Hydrological cycle between four sub-systems include both natural hydrological cycle including social hydrologic cycle;Then the binary water cycle theory, analysis of the relationship between research in the social conditions of the hydrological cycle tends to be dominant in the water systems of each subsystem and its interaction.(2) According to the agricultural, industrial and domestic water use and ecological value of the tertiary industry statistical data in Hebei Province from 1988 to 2012,analyzing the water structure in Hebei Province and its influencing factors.(3) Based on the theory of gray correlation method, selecting five factors of population, arable land, the total output value of industrial output, industrial water recycling rate, etc. Analysis of the main factors influencing changes in the structure of water in Hebei Province, and propose effective measures in favor of comprehensive utilization of water resources.(4) Based on the basic principle of the gray forecast, predicting future water for Hebei Province, and utilization of water resources management measures proposed for local social and economic development.Through paper study, clear trends between the various subsystems of the hydrological cycle water systems under social conditions tend to dominance and Hebei Province in recent years and influencing factors of water structure. Determine the main factors influencing changes in the structure of water in Hebei Province, and utilization of water resources management measures proposed for local social and economic development.
