High-voltage power source is a signal conversion device, it can convert the input frequency alternating current to the required high voltage signal, And the voltage and frequency of high voltage output signal can be adjusted within a certain range. In recent years, due to the frequent fault of underground cables, high-voltage power source is gradually applied to the power system as underground cable fault detection signal generator, the detection results is good. With the rapid development of high-performance DSP processor, in the application of underground cable fault detection and industrial control, more excellent and more powerful high-voltage signal source device is becoming more extensive.This paper presents a design program of high voltage signal source based on DSP processor TMS320F2812, dual PWM control mode, by controlling the chopper circuit and inverter circuit in order to achieve an adjustable output voltage and frequency. This paper describes the design of the basic principles of digital high-voltage sources, key technology and system architecture, study the implementation sinusoidal pulse width modulation technology principle and realization of SPWM wave, by comparison, using bipolar SPWM technology and rules for sampling in order to Complete SPWM wave digital realization, then discussing the causes, the Influence of the inverter circuit dead time, and compensation methods. The article also describes the system control strategy-fuzzy PID control technology, and designed fuzzy PID controller source, then the article has carried on the detailed hardware parts for the system design, including the main circuit design composed of the rectifier filter circuit, a chopper circuit, inverter circuit, step-up transformer, AC filter circuit, the design of the control circuit with DSP as the core and the man-machine interface design. Then the article carries on the software design, software design is a key part of the system, design quality directly related to the system can work normally, mainly composed by the main program, SPWM wave programs, fuzzy PID control-production program, SCI serial communication routines and user interface programs.Finally, according to the design, using MATLAB/Simulink simulation tools to build a high-voltage power source system simulation model, through the repeated simulation, the result verified the rationality and validity of the design.
