In recent years, with the rapid development of science and economy, high-rise buildings, all kinds of large-scale bridge engineering and railway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering etc. in our country each passing day.These big projects saving resource on the space, provide convenience for us in life.But the construction of large engineering has its particularity, such as the construction period is longer, the construction are greatly influenced by the natural environment, the construction process of a one-way. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the buildings during construction and put into use after, conduct regular safety monitoring of the building is necessary, to ensure that the structure of the deformation within the code.Paper main research work is as follows:(1) Outlines the building deformation monitoring technique, discussing the subsidence monitoring method, the basic requirements of settlement monitoring, project design, as same as the monitoring and observation data processing methods.(2) Based on the measured data, in view of the building has a certain weak mono-tonicity and the characteristics of randomness, using the theory of grey improved model to set up model, forecasting two high-rise buildings’ different places and have different geological conditions of 8 issue subsidence observation data. Through the comparison and analysis, the precision level of the model isl, accurately reflect the trend of building settlement. And combining the basic theory of safety evaluation and the deformation monitoring control indices, using the confidence interval estimation method to evaluation the engineering example 2 forecast simulation data, it is concluded that building in the safe operation, partly reflects the operation of the building.(3) Using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, selection absolute settlement and horizontal displacement in example 2 to be the first layer of evaluation factors, which influence the safe use of buildings, enumerate the deformation and deformation rate as the second subset evaluation, then set up building safety evaluation model. And in view two kinds of circumstances that is 6 months for building construction and the construction is finished, from two aspects of building safety level and building safety comprehensive score to evaluation the safety status. Through the analysis of engineering monitoring data, it is concluded that the building deformation in a safe and controllable range.Paper based on the importance of building safety prediction and safety assessment, introduces two methods of judging the building’s safety status, and applied the two theory in the practical engineering case, verified the practicability of these two methods.
