With the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid development of automobile industry, cars have become the most important part of urban transportation system. At the meantime, environmental pollution caused by the transportation became the one of the most urgent problems,and it brings restriction to economic development.The current management system has already become old-fashion, particularly urban transportation system management mode cannot adapt to the rapid development of the society. As one model of the Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicle (IOV) has been introduced. It effectively solve the traffic congestion, environmental pollution and traffic management issues. It has great contribution to the economic development of our country.Internet of Vehicle (IOV) is one category of Internet of Things which refers to the interaction between vehicles and vehicles, roads, people, and sensing equipment. It is a dynamic mobile communication system between vehicles and public network. It can effectively manage the vehicles according to different functions and regulatory requirements, as well as provide professional multimedia and mobile Internet applications.The traditional IOV is one of Electronic Product Coded Internet of Things which based on computer network, using a unified global coding technology, radio frequency identification technology, wireless data communications technology, only can recognize and track things, does not making great effects to intellectual transportation system. LTE-based IOV will be able to connecting all advantages, even make it more powerful. LTE network is the next generation mobile communication network which built by three operators. LTE network use OFDM technology, MTMO and many new technologies of communication. In the structure of the network, LTE network having IP flat structure. Moreover, LTE positioning technology used a terminal positioning technology and Beidou satellite positioning technology, it has a great progress compare with 2G/3G network.After multi comparison, use onboard gateway+NVS cloud platform model as an IOV applications in intelligent transportation research program. Intelligent Transportation is a modern electronic-based IT service-oriented transportation system. Its delightful features are using information collection, processing, dissemination, exchange and analysis as the main line, providing diversity of services for traffic end users. In this system, vehicles traveling on road by themselves according to the intelligent system, highway traffic will be adjusted to the best condition according to its intelligent system.In this paper, we mainly study based on LTE network system in the intelligent traffic management optimization problem, in vehicle gateway+TNTVS cloud platform architecture analysis and research the application of several new, and uses the method of comparative analysis based on the analysis of the superiority of the LTE network system. Loading the vehicle gateway of the operation of the vehicle can be through converter to LTE signal conversion into a WiFi signal, the downlink rate of 100MHz to support 60 passengers in the car to concurrent internet rate hundreds Kbps WiFi Internet browsing, fully meet the recreational needs of the passengers.For the special vehicle security/police officer/urban management, the application of LTE is mainly reflected in the field of evidence, individual video transmission, real-time video intercom, emergency command and dispatch, vehicle signal relay, mobile office, unit line etc. Because the mobile LTE network performance is superior, the vehicle in the 120Km/h high speed mobile case, still can ensure that the average rate of uplink to 30M-40M, can satisfy 10 road 1080PHD video bandwidth.The installation of the LTE vehicle mounted terminal ability of the emergency ambulance themselves and to a new level. Video capture system can put the site traffic real time back to the command center, traffic and traffic control command center linkage, ensure timely transport of critically ill patients, greatly saves the ambulance to spend on the road of time. Scene emergency HD video information feedback, but also can be used to guide the remote rescue.The renewal and replacement of existing system also used widely. ETC system is advanced traffic management system. It is an important part of the highway road management system. In the field of intelligent transportation has a very important position. The traditional ETC system has been widely used in highway management system.. Automatic acquisition sensor construction of traditional ETC system it is impossible to do everything. Multi analysis and demonstration show that, vehicle networking which based on LTE network can completely replace the existing highway toll collection system ETC.For the existing problems and difficulties in the traffic law enforcement management, the unique features of the vehicle based on the LTE are unique. Intelligent traffic for traffic violation with new definition, the LTE network system based on can be fully realized the whole process before the punishment notice, truly achieve traffic management and optimize the management, and not to be punished escrow. The precise positioning technology and the full duplex communication of the broadband make the traditional traffic law enforcement management become accurate and humane.For the shortcomings of the traditional car networking system, after analysis and demonstration, LTE car networking fully reflects its superiority. GA is the innovation. Through the simple GA algorithm, can draw the LTE network system performance and economic performance are superior to the conclusion.
