.In the progress of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, with Chinese rapid economic growth, the construction mileage of highway is growing rapidly, by the year 2014, highway mileage has reached 104 thousand kilometers, ranking first in the world.The highway destroyed many people’s health, even deprived their precious lives as well as brought people with convenience and economic prosperity, The safe problem of highway in our country has been a serious threat to people’s lives and property safety, the improvement of road traffic safety is imperative.Accident prone section is due to many factors that cause this happened.this period is a small part of the whole distance,but has a very high percent of the total numbers of the accidents in the highway.so to make a jugde of the Accident prone section, analyse the reasons which caused this happen and improve it,is the efficient way to improve the satety of the highway road.Though in our countrythe research of Accident prone section started late,it develops fast,a part of the more mature methods has been formed and widely used,for instance accident cumulative frequency curvemethod。 All these identification methods are always being used after the accicent,with the data of the accident to identify the Accident prone section。With the upper section of Ji-He Highway as research subject, the author started the research with the core factor to impact the secure driving from ex-accident prospective, analyzed the situation of the accident-prone sections and the reasons of formation. (1) by SP questionnaire, the author investigates and researches the factors influenced safety driving, and filteres the core factors by AHP; (2) according to the core factors filtered already, the author makes SP questionnaire. Then, with the drivers on road as research subject, test the safety speed under the condition with influential factors. After analyzing the data with excel and spss, build up safety speed models of car and truck under the condition with influential factors; (3) follow the front car to evaluate the driving speed in every unit,in the meanwhile,according to the lines of the road, the tests of the road surface,the videos and the other materials to evaluate the safety speed,combine the using safety speed and the driving speed,take the point and the line as the methods, accord ing to the diffrences between every speed, turn this to a indicator---the danger degree,compare the total danger degree of every km,confirm the Accident prone hidden section (4)compare the accident prone section with the numbers of the recent years which come out from the accident cumulative frequency curvemethod, we can say that this method is firmly efficient.(5)we took out the reasons which happened in the accident prone section to analyse,the reasons which caused to inform the Accident prone section are the factoes which influence the safety driving.This study not only can be used as the important data to improve the traffic safety of JI-He highway,but also can be used in the first few years of the new constructed highway which could judge the hidden problems in the traffic.Before the traffic accident happen, we should figure out the hidden problems,and some efficient mesures must be taken to prevent the traffic accident happen,in case to protect people’s lives and wealth safe.
