| In recent years, a series of international events have been held in China, such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the Shanghai world expo and shenzhen universiade. At the same time, many kinds of sports facilities and sports venues have sprung up,among them, the vast majority is the new type of large-span space structures, for example,folded plate net shell structure.Folded plate net shell is a new type of reticulated shell structure,which was developed in the blend of the folded plate structure of concrete and steel structure.lt was made from a mix of plate grid units according to certain rules,and its modeling is beautiful, diverse, simple bar connection.It retains many advantages of folded plate structure.Natural formation of the ridge or the valley line can increase the structural strength, stiffness,which also has the ability to enhance the structure performance and stability.And because of its every component unit is flat,and less bar type, it was facilitate to the laid of the roof panel.In addition, it was greatly improved the efficiency of component processed and the efficiency of structure construction and installation, can accomplish mechanization and commercialization.Therefore,folded plate net shell has great development potential.But as a kind of space structure, the folded plate net shell has lots of bars and the internal force and the project cost of the structure will change with the high span, vector and grid size.All of these will consume much more time and huge workload in the process of structure design.So firstly in this paper we accomplished the parametric design of the three different types of "gem" folded plate net shell through parametric design language APDL.Users can easily applied the macro program to complete the parametric design of the each type of the structure.Moreover,we customized the user interactive input interface,user can choose different macro programs according to their own needs by this interface to complete the model parameterization.Then in this paper, we has carried on the static structure calculation in different structure parameters through ANSYS, and respectively studied the static characteristics of the three "gems" net shell model. Then discusses the influence of the structure performance under different conditions like the rings to area number, the top and bottom rise and span of the structure,the boundary conditions and the primary and secondary components.In addition, its mechanical characteristics were summarized.According to the geometric relationships of three kinds of "gems" folded plate net shell,we deduced a function relation between the bar length of structure and the control parameters such as the top and bottom span and rise, rings to the symmetrical area number,etc.At last, the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear stability analysis on the "gem" folded plate net shell was accomplished in this paper. And then discussed the characteristics value along with the change rule of the rise-span ratio of the three kinds of "gems" folded plate net shell, and its nonlinear limit bearing capacity along with the change of rise-span ratio and geometric initial imperfection.Further studied the impact on the stability of the reticulated shell carrying capacity when the various design parameters of three types of "gems" folded plate were changed. |
