To improve the transmission efficiency of bulk packaging materials has always been one of the topics of bulk packaging materials research. Through the research, this paper constructed a new technique about high efficient automatic sorting transportation for bulk packaging materials by non harmonic vibration and multi roll composite method.For the problem about materials overlapping and poor transport efficiency during bulk packaging materials transportation, this paper established a new technique about high efficient automatic sorting transportation for bulk packaging materials by non harmonic vibration and multi roll composite method.Based on the research of the technical scheme, this paper respectively established multi band transportation model, multi roll transportation model, non harmonic vibration model of materials transportation, non harmonic vibration and the relay transmission coupling model.Using particle swarm algorithm, non harmonic vibration and the relay transmission coupling model, this paper carried out structural parameters optimization for the semicircular eccentric wheel of four axis inertia vibrator, the structure of device box and the conveyor belt of multi band transportation, which is the key component of the transportation device.Finally, by using the finite element, this paper was carried out on the device box. According to the analysis of situation, which is needed to optimize the device box design. Under the condition of satisfy the intensity and the rigidity, with unit housing quality the most light for the optimal design target, using the multi-objective genetic algorithm to obtain body quality, Compared to the traditional algorithm, the overall weight of the device body is reduced by 11.6%, but the stiffness is increased by 9.11%. For four axis of inertia vibrator 6 order modal analysis, get the inherent frequency and the first order critical speed; The strength and stiffness of shaft is verified, which laid a theoretical foundation for the practical application of this technology.
