In recent years, with the development of MEMS (micro-electromechanical-system) technology, the miniaturization of spectrometer can be possible. The research and design of micro spectrometer has made great achievements domestics and abroad whether it is experimental or industrial application-level, especially CCD based micro fiber spectrometers. It has been widely used in environmental monitoring, industrial detection, drug production, LED lighting analysis, space exploration and so on.As most of the electronic spectra in the near-ultraviolet region, the current ultraviolet spectrometers usually have problems with low resolution and huge volume. I respectively developed ultraviolet spectrometer based on the crossed Czerny-Turner structure and flat field concave holographic grating, and compared the differences of the main references between the spectrometers. The spectrometer based on the C-T structure finally was in line with the high-resolution UV spectrum detection. The resolution is about 0.2nm and the spectral range is 185nm-385nm.This paper focuses on the optical structure design of portable fiber-optic spectrometer, compares the resolution and work spectral range of different optical structures. I use ZEMAX software to optimize the structure. I finally uses standard light source for wavelength calibration to get the high-resolution ultraviolet miniature fiber spectrometer, based on mechanical structural schematic prototype, combined with laboratory developed circuitry and software system.
