With the progress of science and technology and constant improvement on the level of industrialization, frequency control technology has been widely used in various industries.At present, the quality and performance of inverter that produced in domestic and foreign varies from each other.If inverter can not meet the national standards of production and is put into pracical operation, especially at the mine environment, it will easily lead to accidents,resulting in bad consequences.Therefore,research on performance test system of inverter is very important.Currently, there aren’t standard performance test systems of inverter on the market, it has to be customized based on the need for different products. Combined with existing national standards for performance test drive requirements, and the scope of the product, the overall design of performance of inverter is put forward in this thesis. On the basis of the overall design scheme, the hardware parts of the test system are divided into different modules, including feeding unit, data acquisition, processingunit,monitoringand control unit and loading unit.The software parts of the test system are designed based on labview, absorbing the ideas of modularization programming. According to the calculation methods of the parameters, the software parts are also divided into different modules, including the power quality analysis of the line side, the characteristic test of starting and braking, the protection test, the characteristic test of torque and constant power.After the software and hardware construction of the test system complete, the system is tested as a whole.After the commissioning of system, the related performance tests of the sample inverter produced by the company of Anyida is tested on this system, the results of the test validate the feasibility of the design.
