Aiming at the exist problems of inverter load testing system,such as energy consumption efficiency,noise and area of test system,construction cost,and so on.In this paper,a novel energy feedback load test system without motor is proposed.The system is based on the PWM rectifier technology,through the ingenious design of electrical components of the system's main circuit.And,the PC software written by Lab VIEW,used for collects the wave data and measurement values.These data of the acquisition box Installed in the main circuit node position and data of the frequency converter to be tested.The PC software can set parameters,display,storage and analysis the data and waveform functions.In this paper,we analysis the conditions of application are briefly described.Based on the analysis of the current development situation of the high power Inverter's load test bench,this paper introduces the application and characteristics of different schemes.On the basis of the application of the motor drive test system and the energy feedback load test system,this paper puts forward an energy feedback load testing system without any motors.And based on the analysis of PWM rectifier technology,the possibility of system function realization is discussed.On this basis,the use of the topological structure characteristics of four quadrant inverter under test,determine the topology of the energy feedback type load testing system and electrical schematic diagram.Then we use Lab VIEW software for graphical interface design and programming.Real time data transmission is carried out by the communication between the computer and the data acquisition box,and between the inverter's controllers.Data acquisition box can collect t data of voltage and current of test system monitoring position.And,The controller box can also be through the communication upward on the inverter real-time data.PC software functions in addition to the collected data shows that for the value and waveform,the waves can also be stored and analyzed,at the same time to measure frequency inverter for remote operation.Finally,through the real test,PC's software successfully received test data by data sampling box and the inverter's controller,and combined with the test software based on Lab VIEW.It successfully can upload and download the parameters,remote control the tested inverter and real-time view the voltage and current waveform of the important node in the test system.And the waveform data of voltage and current in the system are stored.All of this,Meet the requirements of the application of energy feedback load testing system.
