In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, as one of the mainstay industries of the economy in our country’s,the automobile industry has been rapid development. It is not only bringing the convenience, but the increasing car has also brought some negative effects to the society. For example, the excessive use and waste of resources, and the pollution of environment etc. The industry of recycling and remanufacturing has emerged, based on the requirement of circular economy and the threat of lack of resources. But the study related to recycling and remanufacturing of the cars’ concentrates on the aspects of engineering technology, such as high velocity arc spraying technology, nano-surface engineering technology, nano-solid lubrication technology etc. Though logistics network is one of the most important problems of the recycling and remanufacturing, it is hardly carried out. Based on this background, this thesis mainly studies on optimization problems of the recycling and remanufacturing logistics network for cars’ spare parts.Firstly, on the basis of studying on the relevant thesis of domestic and foreign, introducing the recycling and remanufacturing, the recycling and remanufacturing logistics, and the logistics network. Making a detailed analysis of the composition of logistics network and the operation process of each enterprise. C lassifying the logistics network on different angles. Given the structure of the recycling and remanufacturing logistics network, and put forward the design process of logistics network.Secondly, the dissertation comparative analyzes the center of gravity method, elicitation method and optimal planning method, through which the advantages and disadvantages of the logistics network modeling are gotten. Then combined with the characters of the recycling and remanufacturing logistics network, a method called mixed integer linear programming is used to optimize the model of recycling and remanufacturing logistics network for cars’ spare parts. Establishing a optimization model of recycling and remanufacturing for cars’ spare parts under the certain circumstance, which integrating the forward logistics and aiming at maximizing the interests of third enterprises.Thirdly, considering the influence of the uncertain factors, which is the number of the wasted products’ recovery and the remanufactured products’ demand. Establishing a moderated optimization model of recycling and remanufacturing for cars’ spare parts under the uncertain circumstance, which integrating the forward logistics,aiming at maximizing the interests of third enterprises and keeping the solidity of the logistics network.Fourthly, a simulation example which is about the optimization model of the recycling and remanufacturing logistics network is carried out. According to the characters of the network model, LIN GO14.0 as a MILP software, is used to solve the optimization model of recycling and remanufacturing for cars’ spare parts under the certain circumstance, and moderated optimization model of recycling and remanufacturing for cars’ spare parts under the uncertain circumstance. From the results, the effectiveness of the model is proved.
