With the speed of the replacement of electrical and electronic products,the output of waste electrical and electronic products is increasing day by day,these wastes have a lot of available value,but also contains a lot of harmful substances,so if not handled improperly will cause a great waste of resources,but also a great harm to the environment.At present,there are still some problems in the recycling market of waste electrical and electronic products in China,such as the irregularities of recycling channels,the weak public awareness of environmental protection and the imperfect government policies,which lead to the recovery and treatment of waste electrical and electronic products are still inefficient.Therefore,this paper studies the recycling and remanufacturing of used household appliances from two angles of recycling channel and Government fund policy,in order to explore the influencing factors of the optimal decision of recycling and remanufacturing of waste household appliances mixed channels and the influence of government fund subsidy policy on the recycling and remanufacturing of used household appliances.First of all,through the retrieval,collation and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,it is found that the current policy of China's EPR in the field of recycling and remanufacturing of waste electrical and electronic products is the Government fund subsidy policy,and the recycling channels of used household appliances can be divided into three categories,namely,manufacturer recycling,retailer Recycling,third party recycling,This article limits manufacturers to recycling online,limiting third parties to informal recyclers for research.Secondly,the enterprises involved in the recycling and remanufacturing of used household appliances are analyzed,the model parameters are determined,and the model assumptions are made.This paper constructs a hybrid channel recycling and remanufacturing model of used household appliances without or with the Government fund subsidy policy,adds the remanufacturing rate to the model construction,selects the consumer environmental protection consciousness,the consumer's sensitivity to the recovery price,and the production cost difference as the research object.The equilibrium solution of closed-loop supply chain under these two modes is obtained by reverse induction method,and the influence of these three main parameters on the equilibrium solution of closed-loop supply chain are analyzed,and the numerical example analysis is used to verify it.The results show that whether or not the government fund subsidy policy is implemented,the optimal decision of recycling and remanufacturing of used household appliances will be affected by the consumers environmental awareness,the sensitivity of consumers to the recovery price and the difference in production cost.Then,the equilibrium solution of closed-loop supply chain obtained under two modes of without or with government fund subsidy is compared and analyzed by the influence of consumers ' environmental awareness,consumers' sensitivity to the recovery price and the difference of production cost.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the implementation of Government fund subsidy policy will have a reverse effect on the impact of recycling price and consumer's environmental awareness of consumers,and also have a reverse effect on the impact of recovery price and consumer surplus on the price sensitivity of consumers.And the recovery price of each recycler and consumer surplus affected by the difference in production costs have no impact.Finally,taking the latest version of the Government fund subsidy standard as the reference to set the value range of fund tax and subsidy,the reference document assigns value to other parameters,and uses the method of numerical example analysis to study the optimal decision and profit of government fund subsidy policy to enterprises in closed-loop supply chain,The influence of consumer surplus and social welfare and the relationship between the optimal decision and profit of enterprises and the size of consumer surplus and social welfare in the closed-loop supply chain before and after the implementation of government fund subsidy policy.The research shows that the optimal decision and profit,consumer surplus and social welfare of enterprises in closed-loop supply chain will be affected by different degrees of government fund subsidy policy.In this paper,the influence factors affecting the recycling and remanufacturing of mixed channels of waste household appliances are obtained,and enterprises can make decisions on whether to participate in recycling,and the Government and the enterprises involved in recycling can also start from these influencing factors to promote the development of waste household appliance recycling and remanufacturing industry.In addition,the influence of government fund subsidy policy on the recycling and remanufacturing of used household appliances can also provide some reference value for the formulation of government fund subsidy standard.
