As a necessary condition for the service and maintenance of automobile,the timely supply of spare parts is necessary to realize high quality after-sale service.Therefore,it is great strategic significance to study the optimization of the logistics distribution path of automobile spare parts.Based on auto maintenance spare parts distribution work as the research object,the research and application of automobile spare parts logistics and vehicle path optimization are studied.The characteristics and problems of the automotive spare parts logistics are analyzed,and the optimization algorithm of the bidirectional logistics distribution of spare parts is designed.The research results play an important role in saving logistics cost,improving service quality and customer satisfaction.Main work and characteristics of the thesis are as follows:(1)The problems and feasibility of spare parts bidirectional logistics distribution work are analyzed.A logistics distribution scheme of auto spare parts simultaneous delivery pickup is proposed and a corresponding VRPSDP model is established.The constraint conditions and key algorithms of model realization are described.(2)The VRP problem of road condition is studied,and the road condition attribute evaluation model is established.The effect of road condition evaluation coefficient on vehicle path optimization is obtained.(3)A hybrid 2-opt saving ant colony algorithm suitable for VRPSDP model is designed.The simulation of VRP,VRPSDP and the VRPSDP model considering the road condition is simulated,and the rationality of the model and the validity of the algorithm are proved through the comparison and analysis.(4)The logistics distribution management information system is developed.The method and technology of system realization are described,and the main functions and main interface of the system are introduced.The research work fully considers the influence of bidirectional logistics and road condition factors,and conforms to the actual state of automobile spare parts distribution.It can be proved that the VRPSDP model and its solution result can provide a strong support for the decision-making of spare parts logistics in automobile industry.
