China is a country with frequent natural disasters which is determined by Chinese geographical location. Natural disasters have a great impact on economy and people safety. We should try our best to relief supplies distribution work to reduce post-disaster influence when disasters occur, which requires government departments to develop a set of highly efficient emergency logistics system. Relief supplies transport optimization problem is the key to achieve efficient logistics system that time satisfaction is the most important goal, but in the meantime, we also have to consider cost restrictions, etc., so the transport optimization of relief supplies is a typical multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem.Construction of the road network model is the precondition for the vehicle routing optimization. Considering the basic characteristics of urban transport, this paper puts forward a simplified static network model, which requires only a small collection of vehicle traffic information that can be taken the various time loss(red light waiting, turn time, etc.)into account during vehicles traveling. On the basis of the static simplified network model, the paper considers synthetically the particularity of dynamic change in urban traffic flow namely traffic flows different in different time periods, and proposes a simplified dynamic road network model based on time division; This paper establishes emergency relief supplies logistics multi-objective combinatorial optimization model and utilizes improved genetic algorithm to solve the model; It analyzes the multi-objective combinatorial optimization model through a case and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm by Matlab7.0 software. Then comparing with the simulation results of standard genetic algorithm, it analyzes the superiority of the improved algorithm.The design of navigation terminal embedded software. This paper introduces the structure frame of Android system, establishment on Android development environment and application method of Baidu Maps API Key, which pave the way for embedded software development, and explains the design steps of each function module in the navigation terminal embedded map software based on the Android in detail.
