The Design Of Fujin Electric Power Information Automation System And The Achievement Of Fifth Line Loss Management

Compared with the world’s advanced level, the line loss in our country still has a large gap. Research on reducing the line loss can not only realize better management of line loss, but also play a larger practical effect. To study and reduce line loss, the technical support of measure automation system is necessary. Fujin power supply company has started the construction of large customer load management system since 2005. By now the negative control terminal has access to 12000 households, covering 90% of the big customer.It has played an important role in peak load shifting management, power utility check and meter reading and so on. Fujin power supply company started with the construction of monitoring and measuring system since the second half of 2008. Through the real-time monitor of distribution, the system can timely master the operation situation, preventing the distribution transformer from serious overload which leads to the equipment burnout and serious unbalanced three-phase load leading to the acceleration of damage, etc. Through the study of the construction of distribution transformer, substation, large customer, residents metering and monitoring system, this thesis established the measurement automation system covering the metering point voltage levels, to solve the existing statistical line loss management problems such as incomplete data, different statistical caliber, difficult to calculated large error. Aiming at the realization of line loss automatic statistics, we make full use of the existing measurement equipment and technical resources to improve the measurement site conditions. With the basis of existing computer and communication technology, to establish an effective system which can provide technical support for power transmission, distribution, and electric operation monitoring, and strive to improve the automation level of power network marketing management and customer service quality of power supply.This thesis analyzes the development situation of metering system of Fujin power supply company. Based on the status of metering system in Fujin power supply company, aiming at the realization of the line loss automatic statistics, and with the construction of measurement monitoring system, the automatic measurement system covering all levels of voltage measurement is established. In this thesis, the system structure, data flow, processing of technical difficulty and function of the system of the monitoring and metering system of distribution transformer in Fujin power supply company are discussed in detail.Finally, based on the construction status of metering system in Fujin power supply company, the large customer load management system is designed. This system concludes the following:electric energy telemetering system for the factory and station, the large customer load management system, monitoring measurement system, which realize the unification of the low-voltage centralized meter reading system, share the communication service resources and the same database service system and uniformly build the network hierarchy, constructing an automatical master station system and realizing the automatical statistics of line loss.
