We hope it could solve the most problem of he management of the power Losses of line we faced.As the feature of the management of the power Losses of line is radiation, it is impossible to meet all need of consumers with tradition measure. and, With the development of internet and maturation of information technology,As public network for communications, network for Global communications(GSM,GPRS,CDMA) wreathed the most citys and countries of our country . It use tri- tier structure with combination of B/S and C/S. And we also expatiate how we carry out this system scheme.Secondly, we we put forward and expatiate the tri- tier network framework of the system, we also put forward two scheme of the configuration of system, the same time, we advance some important communication rule of this system .Thirdly, we build and expatiate database base on requirement, computation of the the power Losses of line and the need for analysis which put forwarded by consumer.Fourthly, we put forward the security authentication of the system and data encrypt algorithm.Lastly, we put forward the computation model of the theoretics and statistics power Losses of line.Now, the system has been applying and running normally in HE NAN XIN YANG electric power corporation, SI CHUAN XIAO QUAN electric power corporation , SI CHUAN YA AN electric power corporation and SI CHUAN DE YANG electric power bureau . In conclusion, practice the system in these corporations attain an expectative purpose.
