Line loss management is an important measure to reduce power loss in power supply enterprises,and it is also an important way for government to promote energy saving and emission reduction.The transformer district line loss accounts for a large proportion in the line loss of the whole power system.The transformer district line loss can not only reduce the power consumption,but also detect the electricity stealing behavior in time,while finding abnormal metering devices.Therefore,how to reduce the transformer district line loss has become the key work of the power supply enterprise and the key research object of the power workers.The electricity information collection system can realize the automatic collection,processing,real-time monitoring and efficient sharing of user power information,making it accurate and timely to analyze the transformer district line loss.The transformer district line loss analysis platform based on the electrical information acquisition system can provide an accurate and reliable scientific basis for the line loss management of the power supply enterprises.In this paper,the theoretical basis of line loss is summarized,including the definition of line loss,the factors affecting the line loss and the calculation method of line loss in the platform.Secondly,the electricity information collection system is studied,including its logical structure and physical structure.The main functions and security protection schemes of the power information collection system are summarized,and the development trend of the electricity information collection system is summarized.The repair method of abnormal power data in electricity information collection system is studied.The abnormal power data are classified,and the repair methods of different types of abnormal power data are given.The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example analysis.Finally,The transformer district line loss analysis platform is developed based on the electricity information collection system.The platform has the functions of line loss qualified rate analysis,unqualified line loss detail,line loss rate history curve,line loss rate fluctuation analysis and data download.Through the application analysis,the practicability of the platform is verified,which can provide an accurate and reliable scientific basis for the line loss management of the power enterprises.
