Small wind generator is more and more widely used in recent years, and the field of application is constantly expanding, which puts forward higher requirements on the performance testing technology. This thesis, committed to the development of a set of test system for small wind turbines. It takes computer as hardware platform, selects the corresponding sensors according to the parameters to be measured, selects NI USB-6210 DAQ card. The above modules build up the hardware structure of the test system together. To improve the integrity and portability of the system, produce test case according to the size of each module. For software part, use Lab VIEW to program, which can accomplish the automatic acquisition of power and load characteristics data of small wind turbines. Form of realization includes real-time display of data acquisition, real-time drawing of unit power curve, unit efficiency curve, relationship curve of blade load and wind speed of the unit.Conducting the 100W generator power characteristics test experiment to verify test function of automatic acquisition and analysis of the small wind turbine performance parameters. Conduct wind speed and wind direction test at the same time using this test system and LC-CQ1 meteorological data acquisition instrument to verify the test function. Conduct the 100W static load test of wind turbine blade to verify the test function.
