| For the routine work and the quality of the product, the influence of the power quality can’t be ignored. To improve power quality, it needs supply and client to joint efforts. DSM is to encourage electricity users using electricity rationally and scientifically by taking effective measures, thereby improving power quality. Taking Yinchuan Jolong Silicon Materials Company for example, according to the real-time parameters of actual operation measured by the company DSM, and the data measured by electric energy quality tester, the paper analyzes the power quality of single-crystal silicon business in-depth. The result provides the theoretical basis for the research the method of management and control of power quality for the single-crystal silicon business. It has practical significance.In this paper, we choose the second monocrystalline silicon workshop, the fifth monocrystalline silicon workshop and the sixth monocrystalline silicon workshop to test power quality index. As the main load carried by transformer is crystal furnace power supply cabinet, and the crystal furnace power supply cabinet is the largest harmonic source in monocrystalline silicon enterprise. So we choose a transforme and a crystal furnace power supply cabinet from each workshop as a monitoring point for testing. By analyzing the data, we know that the company power quality problems are mainly caused by three-phase current unbalance and harmonic. Down module is used to solve three-phase current unbalance. We take two harmonic treatment measures for harmonic problem. Firstly, we use their own equipment with low harmonic content. The scheme shows harmonic distortion situations by comparing the second workshops and the fifth workshop, and verifies the difference between the two crystal furnace power supply cabinet for their harmonic content and conclues that power cabinet with high harmonic should be eliminated. Another solution is to install a dedicated harmonic suppression device. We analyze the data of the sixth workshop with the installation before and after and verify the validity of the installation of a dedicated harmonic suppression device. By effectively solve the problem of power quality, to reduce monocrystalline silicon corporate energy loss and improve the competitiveness of the industry is very meaningful. |
