Research On Mixed Asphalt Produce Modified Bitumen Based In Gan Shu

Modified bitumen is mixed with rubber, resins, polymers, ground rubber powder or other fillers admixture(modifier), or take lightly oxidized asphalt processing and other measures to make asphalt or asphalt mixture performance can be improved and made asphalt binder.Due to the characteristics of the composition of the asphalt road Karamay Petrochemical Company, production of modified asphalt is very difficult. China Fuel Limited asphalt and SBS modifier has good compatibility, can get stable modified bitumen, which in line with road asphalt standard. Therefore, in order to prepare qualified easily modified asphalt. Bitumen can be divided into four components to analysis. From the experimental results we can see: asphaltene and colloid of Karamay asphalt four components have great impact on asphalt properties, and have significant differences with other oil sources. The properties of modified asphalt which made from Karamay asphalt affected by the relative proportion of each component are large.Based on this, the way ofasphalt mixed was adopted,thedifferent SBS type, dosage, stabilizer and other additives were selected separately.Three indicators(softening point, penetration, ductility)and viscosityas the evaluation index,It builds a hierarchical clustering model anddetermine the asphalt optimum proportionboflending modification.The blending asphalt and mixture performance weretested by SHRP and repeated creeptestaccording to the optimal blending modified asphalt.The results show that it can prepare the excellent properties modified asphalt by using matrix asphalt mixture against the way.The distribution of the performance index and the stability of the processon mixed modified asphalt were analysisedby Mathematical statistics and process control chart.Finally, the mixed modified asphalt were applicaed in practical engineering, the actual application effect on pavement were detected. It shows that blending modified asphalt have a good performance.
