The dynamic weighing equipment is used to measure the appearance of a moving vehicle and its dynamic tire force at a specific place and a given time,through sensor and data processing machine.It can calculate the vehicle’s weight, speed, wheelbase.It can also determine the vehicle type and other parameters.With the increase of the national highway construction, the dynamic weighing equipment is one of the main equipment for weight charges.Its market develops rapidly in recent years.At the same time,the state has increased the fight against illegal vehicles in recent years to protect the highway intact, safe and smooth. The development of the dynamic weighing equipment in the field of overrun detection is more important.There are a lot of dynamic weighing system products in the market.There are more than 100 manufacturers of the design and production of the product.As the important part of the Weight charge system,The correct decision of the dynamic weighingsystem reliability and system selection are related to the weight charge implementation of the fair and smooth.This paper firstly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research. The relevant literature related to the subject was analyzed and comprehensive elaboration. This paper takes three kinds of dynamic weighing system as the research object,such as single scale, curved plate and vehicle type. Then, fault tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze the reliability of the three systems. In the actual work,the investor or the designer’s first consideration in the selection scheme is inevitably the reliability of the program at that time. Because the reliability of the investment risk. Next, the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed from these three factor,such as the investment cost, the difficulty degree of the progress management, technical risk. Finally,this paper makes a decision for the selection of the dynamic weighing system scheme.There are two aspects of this paper. On the one hand, the reliability and choice of the dynamic weighing system are studied by using the fault tree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of the theory research. To some extent, it has promoted the choice of the academic circle to the dynamic weighing system. On the other hand, the choice of the scheme of the dynamic weighing system is no longer the subjective consciousness from the angle of practice,but through the scientific method. In addition,the combination of the fault tree analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to the evaluation of other products or schemes for highway electromechanical systems.
