The security of electricity production is the people's livelihood event. Grasping the status of security and taking safety evaluation is the prerequisite of safety production in electrical enterprise. At present, the main electric energy is supplied by thermal power plant in our country, and the boiler is one of the three major equipments in thermal power plant. There are many insecurity factors in boiler system due to its own characteristics and personnel, equipment, management, environment and many other reasons.The overall level of the boiler system safety of the thermal power plant is evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and obtain the corresponding level of security, which based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. The security evaluation index system of the boiler system is established, based on the fault tree analysis, which make the index system more scientific. The weight of various factors are determined by combined methods of AHP, and the importance degree of the various factors on the security situation of the thermal power plant boiler system is reflected well. Then, the studied safety assessment method is applied in one thermal power plan of Huainan, and adopt the characteristic vector method to process the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results, through which the level of security of boiler system can be obtained. By verify the results with the conclusion of safety assessment carried out in this plant, it is indicated that the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the thermal power plant boiler system is feasible and can be widely used in safety assessment of thermal power plant. At last, Visual Basic6.0 combined with Access databases and Excel are used to prepare a safety assessment supporting system software of the thermal power plant boiler system, and thus increasing the efficiency and reliability of the safety assessment.Figure [26] Table [21] Reference [55]...
