With the characteristics of quick access, the bypass type automated warehouse, as the core part of modern logistics, is widely applied in airport cargo terminal.The stacker, whose efficiency has a great influence on that and the annual throughput of the warehouse, is the core of the bypass type automated storage. This thesis focuses on stacker scheduling optimization problem in bypass type automated warehouse.Firstly, against the background of modern logistics, the thesis expounds the relationship between automated warehouse and modern logistics, the significance for promoting working efficiency of bypass type automated warehouse and the new achievements made by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Secondly, this thesis introduces the development of Automated Storage and the composition of the bypass type automated warehouse. It summarizes the characteristics of bypass type automated warehouse by comparing bypass type automated warehouse with the same port entry type automated warehouse. The characteristics are, one or more stackers working together, multiple entrances beside the warehouse, setting at anytime of the inward and outward flow direction according to the quantity.Thirdly,after analyzing the characteristics of bypass type automated warehouse stacker order picking, this thesis establishes the the mathematical model of the stacker order picking,which has the packing constraints. Aiming at shortening the stacker working time, the mathematical model contains the stacker order picking route optimization and the gateway selection optimization,transfers it as TSP matters, and then solves problem by using the improved genetic algorithm(IGA). The simulation results show that the choice of GA in this article can largely reduce the running time of stacker, and effectively enhance the working efficiency of the bypass type automated warehouse.Lastly, this thesis analyzes the stacker composite operation characteristics of the bypass type automated warehouse, and sets up a mathematical model which contains the stacker order picking route optimization and the gateway selection optimization, aiming at taking the minimum running time..The problem of stacker composite operation route optimization in the bypass type automated warehouse is converted into TSP problem after matching processing the Loading and unloading goods by setting up the relevant assumptions. It is solved by the improved partheno genetic algorithm and verified by the MATLAB.The simulation results show that the choice of PGA in this article can largely reduce the running time of stacker, and effectively enhance the working efficiency of the bypass type automated warehouse.
