On Order Picking Under Jit Distribution Of Automotive Parts Distribution Centers

With the development of our economy and the globalization, the social labordivision is more sophisticated. The market competition is intensified and the people’slife becomes faster and faster and consumption has changed that is from bigconsumption gradually to small and diverse. What’s more, the competition betweenenterprises has risen to supply chains competition. This research is based onthree-level supply mode of supply chain system which is composed of the supplier,distribution center and the demand. Parts distribution center picking the important linkof logistics is studied from the perspective of realizing JIT distribution.Firstly the development of auto industry is analyzed from the macroscopicperspective and appears great challenges to parts distribution center. Then did aresearch review on JIT distribution and order picking from the micro perspective; andintroduces the six functions of distribution center and the basic flow; JIT distributionand the relevant theories of order picking.On the basis of the above theory, the zoning problem of preproduction logisticsdistribution picking area is researched. First introduces the logistics distributionsystem of distribution center, in order to realize the equilibrium of picking workload,equilibrium of work time, shojinka and distribute materials to the production line ontime these four goals, SPS distribution mode is implemented. Under the abovebackground, a mathematical model about storage assignment and zoning flexibility isestablished with the conditions of Takt Time (TT).To solving the model, the heuristic algorithm based on sorting parts chosenfrequency is put forward. Then example analysis verifies the validity of the algorithm.Finally realize parts JIT distribution to achieve the interests’ win-win between thegeneralized production chains.
