Cellular automata traffic flow model is a hotspot in the research of the current road traffic flow domain. In this paper, I proposes a no signal intersections based on cellular automata model under the action of mentality factors. through a series of algorithm skills, I achieved a more accurate intersection microscopic simulation. The cellular space in the intersection, and the evolution rules are meticulous, and this makes the model more realistic life of no signal intersections in the driver’s driving condition. And I also analyzed the different results under different mentality factors through the realization of the simulation process.After reviewed correlation theories foundation, the paper mainly analyzes the detailed implementation of CA simulation model of road intersection, in which including cellular space division, model definition, attribute description, evolution rules realization as well as some special cases. Discussed the evolution rules of both weaving section and lane, which have different division ways. And accomplish the designing of hole intersection simulation model with taking the advantages of both side into consideration at the same time. About simulation algorithm as well as the program process implementation and the description of the internal mechanism, three aspects are discussed, they are the construction of all the classess, the construction of the data structures and the algorithm of evolution rules. among these sections the evolution rules are more complicated. I divided the mapped in two parts, the interweaving area and the road area, and then draw the algorithm flowing charts for each part respectively. And detailedly described the direction processing method, the velocity processing method of the program.Finally, the article respectively described multigroup experiments of both poisson flow and lognormal flow(to simulate a traffic flow peak), with different arrival rate, different mindset value and different evolution rules. And then draw a conclusion. In the condition of low traffic flows, the higher the proportion of aggressive drivers, the better traffc situation will be. But when the road flow density exceeds a certain limit, the large number of aggressive drivers would perturb the stability of hole trafffic system, make the traffic flow bad to worse.
