In order to improve the reliability of products, the development of vibration test equipment for reliability test is becoming more important. Vibration test stand to simulate the real vibration environment, plays an important role in economic development. The level of development to a certain extent reflects the level of industrial development of a country. By designing a large-thrust electro-hydraulic vibration test stand, in order to meet our country to carry large load of vibration test requirements. It is composed of several aspects as follows: design the limit performance curve, to meet the vibration test specification of constant displacement at low frequency, and constant acceleration at high frequency. By static design, determine the static parameters of table bord, auxiliary support, servo actuator, servo valve and hydraulic pump station. Derivate of the transfer function of mechanical system. Draw the open-loop Bode plot. According to the Nyquist stability criterion, determine the stability of the mechanical system with calculation and mapping method. Analyze the vibration characteristic of the table board to meet the requirements of the test frequency with ANSYS simulation software. By testing with the load, get the performance index of the electro-hydraulic vibration test stand, analyze the experimental results, verified the correctness of design. In this paper, a large-thrust electro-hydraulic vibration test stand is designed by theoretical analysis and experimental research. This study provides the device support to carry out large load vibration test for our country. Also it makes a solid foundation for designing more complex electro-hydraulic vibration test stand.
