With the advent of the industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing coming, all kinds of electrical automation equipment are increasing. Engineers request higher specification for the power performance. At present, there has been a wide range of programmable powers in the power market with superior performance. However, air bus programmable power supply is rather rare. This paper is based on the aviation bus programmable power supply as the research object. This power supply system can be through the ARINC429 bus interface PC software by computer, the power supply for precise control and operation, with real-time monitoring, easy to use, the advantages of accurate adjustment.This thesis studies the method of voltage and current adjustment of the programmable power supply and current and power protection technology. This paper uses of STM32 programming technology and data acquisition technology. This paper realizes the ARINC429 avionics bus and RS232 bus communication function. In the aspect of hardware circuit, this paper designs the EMI filter and the lightning protection circuit, the surge protection circuit and over voltage and over current protection circuit overload, etc. Meanwhile, the chip of STM32F103 is used as controller. This paper applies two channels differential analog voltage input analog-to-digital converter which carries on the real-time sampling and control of power system. In the aspect of software design, the programming of ARINC429 and RS232 communication drive is accomplished. This paper carries out power system data processing and adds least square curve fitting method into the ADC data collection process. Compared with the average methods which has been currently used in most of the programmable power system, it is more effective accurate and effective.The programmable power system of ARINC429 aviation bus is designed with an adjustable output voltage range of 0 to 36 V, and less than 1% power output ripple. It is controlled by dual-bus communication of ARINC429 and RS232. The experiment result of power system sample machine proves that the various critical technology and methods used in this paper are effective. Sample machine is easy to control and well-functioning, which has a certain market prospects.
