| Effective lubrication is equipment safeguard for the normal operation of the mechanical. With the development of construction machinery toward large-scale automation, mechanical equipment put forward higher requirements on the lubrication system. Smart centralized lubrication system is the most advanced lubrication system, but there are still many shortcomings. The electromagnetic oil feeder faults occur frequently, especially in the field of centralized grease lubrication.In this paper,the intelligent grease centralized lubrication system which used the electric grease valve as its oil feeder was put forward based on the analysis of the existing centralized grease lubrication system.First,the paper analyzes overall scheme of smart grease lubrication system. It uses distributed architecture for the convenience of spread lubrication points and building system. A gold mine production workshop is the research objectives,this paper makes a detailed description of the system including the picking of lubrication points,the picking of grease,the period of lubricating.And the selection of main hardware is also explained in the paper.Secondly, electric grease valve whoes power comes from stepper motor is developed in this treatise.The output shaft of motor is trapezoidal screw. Trapezoidal nuts links to valve core.The connection of trapezoidal nuts and valve core is flexible in order to achieve a high precision. Hydraulic clamping force between valve core and body is analyzed by Fluent.And comes to conclusion that pressure tank can reduce hydraulic clamping force obvious.Finally, The article also designs hardware and software of the control system according to the control characteristics of electric grease valve. The hardware includes the selection of PLC, HMI and the manufacturing of PCB board. The scheme of slave controller station is that using more than one motor drived by only one driver.
