This article was by means of on-the-spot investigation, bibliographic reference, data acquisition(mostly by file trip, RS data, auxiliary picture data and so on.), analysis and integration data, and using all of these to make a cursory analysis to the present situation of landscape pattern of Hui’xian wetland. And give some suggestion according to the result. At last, make a planning design. It is necessary to make a quantitative analysis to landscape pattern during the on-the-spot investigation. Separate the landscape pattern with landscape category, feature, plaque, substrate, corridors and so on, and than quantify them. Then, according to the record we have, concordance them with GIS. And we can make diversity index analysis, aggregation index analysis, evenness index analysis, dominance index analysis, fragmentation index analysis. According to these records, we can learn the distribute character of the landscape pattern.According to the records we get, they can influence some problems, we can give some advises to the construct of Hui’xian wetland according to the analysis. And we can using them in our design. Form the article we learn fragmentation index part of Hui’xian wetland, and which of them is high sensitive land, we can avoid those land and build our construct while during the later construct or do some special take care(such as built migrant bird reproduction area and rare animal and plant protection area).Form the article we analysis that aggregation index analysis 0.2897, evenness index analysis is 0.8326, dominance index analysis is 0.2897, diversity index analysis is 1.6382, fragmentation index analysis is 0.0006. We learn that Hui’xian wetland had a high fragmentation and low aggregation, but it had a diversity landscape. And we know that most of the fragment parts are center on north and south of Mudong lake. According to the result, we choose two node and make a design which conform to the reality of Hui’xian wetland.
