The Experience Design Research Of Smart Washing Machine Software User Interface

Smart washing machine is based on the platform of intelligent computing and taking washing machine as its carrier.The interaction method changes from the traditional knobs and buttons to touch screen system in smart washing machine.smart washing machine brings about a new kind of user experience as well as problems.In the first place,the problem of localization research of smart washing machine;secondly,the increasing number of functions leads to complicated interface of smart washing machine;additionally,the information structure of software interface affects the user’s laundry process directly,so how to build the information structure to make it efficient;Visual interface of software user interface is the most direct media interactive communication with users,How to increase the sensory elements to enhance the user experience.All the above problems require a new definition of user interface design of smart washing machine.The thesis amis at summing up the paradigm of the software interface of the smart washing machines and improving the user experience of the process of user interacting with smart washing machine software interface,by a comprehensive theoretical analysis and user research.The topic is user experienced oriented.As we all know,user experience design changes the traditional design for the object,but treats the user behavior as the research object directly,which means we centre on user and dig the new functions new mode of interaction and new visual based on user’s habits and behaviors.The thesis firstly reviews the current brand smart washing machines,summarizes the problems existing in the current brand smart washing machines.Then it starts from the software user interface of brand smart washing machines,analyses and compares three aspects of brand smart washing machines:functional requirements,information structure and visual perception,and finally summarizes the the common, the difference and the development trend of smart washing machines.During the user research stages,the thesis adopts questionnaire survey, household surveys, user interviews and focus group to understand the problems,needs,opinion,emotional reactions when user interacts with smart washing machines comprehensively.finally the thesis summarizes the following three aspects:functional requirements,information structure and visual perception and integrates the survey data into three kinds of user role model and points out that the intermediates are the target group in this paper.The thesis finally summarizes the design principles of smart washing machine software user interface:meeting the universal design principless of user experience;Inheritance principle;natural interactive principle; "smart" moderation principle.The final conclusions are the design strategies of smart washing machine software user interface: the functional requirements of the user interface design strategy, information structure design strategy,interactive logic design strategy and visual interface design strategy.
