With the progress of science and technology,household appliances have gradually entered a new era of intelligence.The trend of intellectualization of household appliances has become the new normal of the transformation of household appliance industry.A typical example is the use of a refrigerator from a functional type to an intelligent one.Despite the recent advances in the field of smart refrigerators by home appliance manufacturers,smart fridge still can’t replace the traditional refrigerator.Users still mainly choose traditional refrigerators in the refrigerator market,due to the function of the intelligent refrigerator is not practical and the user experience is not good.Refrigerators are products that users interact with almost every day.The increasingly rich interactive features of smart fridges are bound to produce more complex interactions.Therefore,how to build intelligent refrigerator product interaction system for user,for the user to create a better smart fridge interaction experience,is a smart fridge is currently facing an important issue,and the research emphasis in this paper.This paper first analyzes the significance of user experience for product interaction design.And based on user experience elements,the relationship and design method of user experience design guidance layer and design expression layer are presented.Analyses the smart fridge user experience goals research,put forward the intelligent refrigerator particularity user experience goals is intelligent experience and create interactive fun,and it is discussed how to realize intelligent refrigerator user experience goals.Then the intelligent refrigerator interaction system is systematically studied,the intelligent refrigerator interactive system is constructed and the constituent elements of the system are studied.By focusing on the user elements,analyzes the existing problems and user demand of the intelligent refrigerator,and summarizes the three main problems and seven key requirements of the smart refrigerator.The "T font" demand model of the product is put forward,and the "T font" demand model of the intelligent refrigerator is used to analyze the demand degree of each demand.Through the study of the user’s diet process,the three stages and seven links of the user’s diet process were summarized.Based on the requirements,the main function modules of the intelligent refrigerator are extracted,and three aspects of the function of the intelligent refrigerator are put forward.And the function model of intelligent refrigerator interactive system is constructed.And then analyze the design method of intelligent refrigerator interaction research,summarizes the intelligent refrigerator interaction design method and process,the interactive design principles and strategies of intelligent refrigerator based on user experience are proposed.Finally,based on the principles and strategies proposed in this paper,the key functional modules of the intelligent refrigerator are designed and implemented.According to the interaction need,the intelligent refrigerator physical product has been designed.Through user experience measurement,this paper compares the design practice of this paper with the design of the existing smart refrigerator to prove the significance and value of this design scheme.It is expected that the research of this paper will provide some theoretical methods and practical guidance for improving the user experience of intelligent refrigerator interaction design.
