Research On The Interactive Design Of The Operation Interface Of The Washing And Drying Machine Based On User Experience

With the consumption structure of residents inclines to be advanced,users have proposed new demands for the user experience of household electrical appliances.Under the background of China's consumption upgrading,washer dryer combos has become the fastest growing product category in the washing machine market.At present,the research on the washer dryer combos in China mostly lays stress on the technical and appearance level,while there is insufficient research on the interaction design of the operation interface.The paper makes the research on the user experience theory and interaction design principles.Combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign products,the paper concludes the design methods and principles suitable for Interface design of washer dryer combos operation interface,applies the methods and principles in design practice.By improving the practicability of the product,it can ensure that the final product is well combined with the user's needs and bring the user a better use experience.Firstly,the paper sorts out and summarizes the user experience theory,which combines with ergonomics research methods to summarize and extract the theoretical basis suitable for guiding the interactive design of household electrical appliances.Secondly,the paper concludes the development status of washer dryer combos,summarizes the existing problems of washer dryer combos.Combined with the results of the investigation of the actual users,this paper sums up the main user pain points on washer dryer combos in the current,extracts three kinds of user portraits and the top five demands of users.Then,according to the previous theoretical research and demand refining,this paper puts forward the interaction design method and design principle of the operation interface of the washer dryer combos which is based on the user experience theory.Finally,according to the design method and design principles proposed in this paper,the interactive design practice of the operation interface of the washing and drying integrated machine is carried out to complete the design transformation work.In this paper,the feasibility of the design is proved by usability test to prove the accuracy of this method and principle.
