The construction of China railway tunnel is developing rapidly with the development of railway transportation enterprise, the ascension of tunnel engineering mechanization level can greatly accelerate the speed of railway engineering construction in our country.Tunnel backhoe loader is the main mechanical equipment of slaging after tunnel drilling and blasting, its main role is excavating, mucking, transporting slag stone and so on, it has the advantage of slaging with high efficiency, can greatly shorten the construction of period.In addition, during the period of vigorous development of the railway, highway and subway construction in our country, the supporting machinery products should also be vigorously eveloped in order to adapt to the quirements of construction process. The further research for backhoe loader can achieve the autonomy of the products, ensure the quality of products, and reduce the cost of products. The main purpose of this research is to guarantee the quality of products, reduce cost, according to the analysis of kinematics and dynamics simulation of the working device of WZ330 backhoe loader, and the strength analysis check of the working device of the large arm and the small arm, and the structure optimization of the big arm of the working device.On the basis of the requirements of the design of this subject, firstly, modeling to all parts of the working device of backhoe loader by using the Solid Works 2013. Secondly, researching to simulation analysis of kinematics and dynamics of the working device of backhoe loader by using ADAMS/View, reaching the range of motion envelope diagram of working device of backhoe loader and the force curve of the hinge points of the working device. Then compare the maximum digging radius, maximum digging depth,maximum digging height, the maximum swing angle of the working device with the original size. Then it selects the three special dangerous working conditions, to the static strength analysis the large arm and the small arm of the working device by ANSYS Workbench 12.0, checking the large arm and the small arm whether it is safe and reliable. Finally, it selects the most dangerous conditions to optimize the structure of the big arm of the working device by using the optimization module of ANSYS Workbench 12.0, the material thickness of the arm has been optimized in the premise of meeting the objective function.
