As is known to all, air conditioning energy consumption occupies quite a few proportion in the building energy consumption, how to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning through certain method has become increasingly urgent issue. In this paper, design indoor temperature was studied by theory analysis and simulation analysis to change obtaining value method of the indoor temperature in order to reduce indoor cooling estimation load to reduce energy consumption. Based on that, air-condition water system was discussed further to illustrate the change in COP and energy consumption of chiller.First of all, according to the definition of work area, the basic principle of heat transfer, heat and velocity boundary layer theory, heat transfer from outside to inside was accomplished in close to the inner surface envelope within a certain area(workspace) through theoretical analyses based on temperature parameters, so the design indoor temperature presented used was not satisfactory.Secondly, the air condition room models of a comfort air conditioning with two different air organization form were established. Depending on the Fluent to simulate two kinds of model at the summer working condition, when the workspace average temperature was 26℃, the simulation results of the average temperature in a fluid within the inside exterior building envelopes which was influenced by indoor cooling estimation load were achieved. When air supply outlet was in the outer wall and inner wall, the average temperature of fluid, which was design indoor temperature of air conditioning cooling load was 23.5℃ and 28.3℃, respectively. Compared with design indoor temperature 26℃ which is adopted, design indoor temperature was the highest and indoor air conditioning cooling estimation load was minimal when air supply outlet was in the side of inner wall.In addition, in order to validate the energy saving effect of indoor calculation temperature obtained by simulation, the above indoor calculation temperature of two kinds of air organization form and temperature which was set initially were applied to the same case to estimate indoor cooling load, respectively.The results of cooling loads for the most adverse conditions were 6 778.8 W when air supply outlet in the inner wall, 9 764.2 W when air supply outlet in the outer wall, while 8 176.1 W at the initial condition, so the indoor calculation temperature was more energy- saving when air supply outlet in the inner wall.The last part of the paper analyzed air-condition water system that the cold water inlet temperature changed with the supply air temperature and impacted on the chiller COP value when heat transfer temperature difference of airhandling equipment was at constant. According to the theory of refrigeration technology, COP value of the refrigeration unit with different air organization forms was 5.3, 4.85, 5, respectively, namely in the inner wall of air supply outlet side the refrigeration unit was more energy-efficient.
