Research On Establishment And Conservation Of IPRT Verification Device

Verification device of IPRT is a measurement standard. With verification, quality of thermometers can be assured and quantity value can be accurate and unified. The quality of establishment and conservation of verification device largely determines the verification quality of work, so this paper carried out in-depth research on verification device, the main contents are as follows:1.To study the basic theory of PRT, first introduced the ITS-90 and its transmission, introduced the PRT temperature characteristic, interpolation scheme, resistance temperature calculation, the resistance measurement method and its influencing factors, verification work, and then introduced uncertainty of measurement and its application;2.To study the establishment of verification device, first introduced the selection of measuring equipments used in verification device, including SPRT, electrical measuring equipment, bath, triple point of water bottle, dry furnace, Then designed automatic verification procedures; last researched the analytical methods of metrology capacity, including repetitive testing, stability assessment, uncertainty evaluation, measurement uncertainty control, performance verification.3.To study the conservation of verification device, first researched the maintenance of primarily measuring equipments used in verification device, and then researched intermediate checks, traceability, differences between old and new verification regulations and coping scheme, measurement quality assurance program.4. Established and studied one verification device.Through this work, the initial establishment and conservation scheme which is in accordance with active regulations and with strong engineering application value of new technology was build.
