In mobile power supply and mobile electronic device, DC-DC power converter now is require to be high integrated, high transformer ratio and high efficiency. The traditional isolated or non isolated DC-DC converter does not have the characteristics of high integration, high transformer ratio, high efficiency and good voltage adjustment. Although the switched capacitor DC-DC converter has the characteristics of high integration, high transformer ratio and high efficiency, but its voltage adjustment is poor. Combine switched capacitor DC-DC converter with the traditional BUCK or BOOST DC-DC converter to form a new type DC-DC converter. The new converter has the characteristics of high integration, high transformer ratio, high efficiency and good voltage adjustment.According to the current characteristics of DC-DC converter and analysis of traditional isolated and non isolated DC-DC converter, this paper put forward three kinds of DC-DC converter that are applied to different situations. The first new DC-DC converter is Design of a New Type Bidirectional DC-DC Switched Capacitor Converter; the second new DC-DC converter is Segmented Switched Capacitor-BOOST Converter; the third new DC-DC converter is Three Port DC-DC Converter Based on Switched Capacitor. Each proposed new DC-DC converter is integrated with the advantages of switched capacitor DC-DC converter and traditional DC-DC converter.Analyze the working principle of each new switched capacitor converter and use MATLAB simulation software to analyze the new DC-DC converter.Finally, build the actual circuit of each new converter to study. The experiment proves the correctness of the new converter. |
