With the rapid development of China's economy,the population of large and medium-sized cities is becoming more and more dense,which makes commercial housing and land resources extremely scarce.Therefore,the construction of high-rise and super high-rise buildings have become a common phenomenon.The construction of super high-rise buildings are bound to excavate some deep and large foundation pits,which are often densely populated around the foundation pits,making the excavation and precipitation of the foundation pit extremely difficult.The surrounding of these foundation pits is often densely populated,which makes the excavation and precipitation of the foundation pit extremely difficult.If the foundation pit is not properly treated for excavation and excavation,it will cause the foundation pit itself and the adjacent building to collapse.Lightly,the settlement and deformation of the foundation pit and adjacent buildings cause great safety hazards to the residence.Since the scholars in the past studied the deformation caused by the excavation of the foundation pit the situation of the foundation pit adjacent to the building was less considered.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influence of foundation pit dewatering and foundation pit excavation on the settlement of adjacent buildings in the complex case where buildings on the three sides of the foundation pit when the foundation pit is excavated.By combining the monitoring data with a high-rise residential project in Xi'an,the Midas GTS/NX is used to simulate the foundation pit excavation,support and precipitation process under the actual working conditions,and the surrounding pits and foundation pit excavation in the complex environment are adjacent to the adjacent buildings.The impact of subsidence,and a lot of researches and analyses work,as follows:(1)This paper systematically summarizes the deformation mechanism and calculation method of uneven surface settlement caused by precipitation in foundation pit construction.It briefly summarizes the support,precipitation and detection scheme of a high-rise residential project in Xi'an,and analyzes the test data in detail.(2)Using Midas GTS/NX modeling,the actual process of foundation pit excavation and precipitation is simulated,and the simulated deformation data of foundation pit and adjacent buildings are obtained.By comparing the simulation data with the actual engineering monitoring data,the accuracy of the model is obtained.Correct the model.(3)After correcting the accuracy of the model,the conditions affect the foundation pit dewatering,such as the distance from the foundation pit,the precipitation speed,the depth of the water curtain,and the different soil conditions,are obtained.The main and minor factors of building settlement near the building,and the sensitivity of each factor.
