Study On The Railway-enterprise Direct Transportation Of Hongning Railway Corporation Ltd

In order to fatherly solve severe inadequacy of railway transportation in China and develop railway capacity to the most degree, Railway-Enterprise direct transportation(REDT) rises at the proper time. This kind of transportation model analyzes and assesses enterprise transportation volume, corresponding equipment, technical condition and safety assurance etc, scientifically formulating overall planning and transportation schedule for direct transportation of enterprise, realizing railway locomotive to directly get in and out of special railway, optimizing transportation organization, minimizing repetitive activity and intermediate work such as locomotives quantity, vehicle interface and technical station decompilation of railway and enterprise, accelerating vehicle turnover, improving enterprise traffic volume and easing railway transportation capacity.This paper discusses one-way the background of REDT from the theoretical aspects of transport, domestic development process;Second REDT basic conditions, feasibility studies and basic organizational model;Third, the basic principle is the ability to change the pass-through transportation, breaking the previous management mode of transport Railway Bureau and between enterprises, innovative enterprises reached Railway Administration and mutual benefit, there are more management mode can be selected so that the road between enterprises transportation can be more flexible, more convenient transportation organization, while for rail shipments, with much room for improvement;Fourth REDT appearing in railway services companies, rail and road companies to explore research issues such as the cost of the liquidation of the enterprise cooperation;Fifth, through research development status of Hongning railway Corporation Ltd to carry out road transport situation and the implementation rate pass-through process of the problems, analyze solutions and forecasting in the new situation of reform and red lemon railway company’s development.Affiliated to Xi’an Railway Bureau, Hongning railway Corporation Ltd. is the first enterprise to realize REDT and has remarkable performance since its operation. Implementation of REDT is significant meaningful to development of Hongning railway Corporation Ltd. and railway transportation reform in China. From practical situation of Hongning railway Corporation Ltd. and combining with strategy of direct-transportation between railway and enterprise and implementation condition, this thesis analyzes feasibility and implementation effectiveness of REDT, as well as proposing some measures for problems during implementation and providing reference to Hongning railway Corporation Ltd. to break through direct transportation bottleneck and improve transportation quality and capacity.
