In recent years, more and more large ships use batteries as a storage device with the development of battery technology. At the same time the development of charge-discharge technology of large-capacity battery is the key that improves performance and enhances the life of battery and also determines the pollution on the grid. Therefore, the net charge-discharge device with high-performance became popular marine charge-discharge device inevitable. How to make power factor be close to 1, and how to charge the battery intelligently, and how to implement non-polluting the power grid network when it is discharging is popular for marine large capacity charge-discharge device now.It analyzes the various control strategies that is adopted by the charge-discharge device mainly. And the traditional PI control structure is improved by Internal Model Control. Through analyzing the model changes of voltage, current and frequency when charge-discharge device breaks down during working, and adopting a multi-parameter fusion algorithm, it improves the reliability of failure detection. The main work in this thesis is as follows:1. Analyzing SVPWM technology that is used in the net charge-discharge device. And feed forward decoupling control is used to decouple. Meanwhile, according to the Analysis of the principle and the mathematical model of traditional voltage and current double loop PI control, it optimizes the system control strategies by the internal model control.2. Analyzing the technical principles of the single synchronous rotating coordinate system SPLL. It improves control structure by adding a Notch filter and makes the system have a significant improvement on immunity.3. Focus on the mechanism of the system phase-lacking, island effect, it improves the reliability of failure detection by adopting a multi-parameter fusion algorithm.4. By the system simulation and practical system experiments for grid charge-discharge device, it proves the feasibility of the optimization for control strategies, phase-locked and protection detection algorithm in practical system.
