Nowadays,people rely more and more on electric energy,which puts forward higher requirements on the stability of the power supply.As the backup power supply of the system,the storage battery plays an important role in the power communication power supply and some power generation systems.When the power system fails,the battery will supply power to the electronic equipment to make it work normally.Therefore,the stability of the battery directly affects the normal operation of the system.In view of the large maintenance workload,poor dynamic mobility,low timeliness,and low safety in the traditional battery charging and discharging process,this thesis designs and implements the hardware circuit of the remote battery charging and discharging device.According to the requirements of remote battery charging and discharging functions,this thesis presents a system design scheme for battery remote charging and discharging.According to the overall system scheme,the design of a remote charging and discharging control device is carried out.The control device adopts a modular design idea and consists of four parts: a CPU microcontroller,a communication module,a data acquisition module and a charge and discharge switch control module.The CPU microcontroller analyzes and processes the data of the other three modules,which is the core of the entire device.The communication module includes Ethernet communication and RS-485 serial communication,which respectively realize the communication between the control device and the host computer and the communication between the control device and the discharge instrument.The data acquisition module collects important parameters in the process of battery charging and discharging,including battery pack voltage,battery discharge current,DC bus voltage,AC mains voltage,battery and discharge meter switching value,and battery and DC bus switching value.The charge-discharge switch control module uses field effect tubes and relays to drive the DC contactor,and completes the control of the battery and bus switch,and the battery and the discharge meter switch.After the design is completed,the device hardware circuit is debugged and the battery is remotely charged and discharged.The test results show that the device designed in this thesis can meet the functional requirements in the remote control of battery charging and discharging.It runs well and has certain practicability.
