The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the electromagnetic compatibility of ship multi-antenna systems, the Finite difference time domain method---a transient time domain method more used in electromagnetic calculation method is used. When the traditional method was used to modeling of the hull and the antenna, while the proportion of the model is poor, there is some impact of accuracy or circumstances require of great amount of compute was csused. So,the thin wire method was introduced when the FDTD method was using in this article. When the ratio of the size of the model and the radius of antenna was large in the calculating of larger model, the thin wire method provided how to reduce the calculation amount of the software while using Yee grid setting, and not affect the accuracy of the calculation of the antenna. At this stage, with the applications range of electronic warfare increasing wide, mutual interference between various electronic equipment more and more caused in ship communication systems. For such a large antenna platform, due to a lot factors should be considered when modeling, using the thin wire method can be easily modeled and simplified calculatedThis paper describes the iterative formula and the boundaries parameters setting of the traditional FDTD method, and detailed information on the antenna impedance calculation in various antenna arrangement, and then describes thin wire method and some improvements of thin wire method included the excitation source improvement and the thin-wire models improvement, and gives the FDTD program design ideas based on thin-wire method and the absorbing boundary of UPML, discusses the cabelsfdtd program written by C + + and verify the correctness of the program combined operator cases.
