Engine electronic control technology has become a very important aspect of the current auto industry development, and the aspects of improve engine performance is from mechanical leaning to electronic control. This topic based on LJ465Q gasoline engine electronic fuel injection system as the research object, according to rapid prototyping theory on the MotoHawk software platform structures, building the control model which is including the look-up table method, BP neural network control algorithm, and fuzzy PID control algorithm. Do experimental study on the multipoint sequential fuel injection system control, thesis the main research contents are as follows:(1) Study the working principle of the electronic control fuel injection system and the engine fuel injection control strategy. Build LJ465Q gasoline engine simulation model based on GT-POWER software, according to the principle of bathtub curve set up different conditions of air-fuel ratio, getting basic engine fuel injection quantity. Sort of the data of different operation condition result, get basic MAP diagram of the fuel injection quantity.(2) Structure the starting and after starting control model by MotoHawk. Use open loop control the starting process. The basic fuel injection quantity of after starting control model is controlled by BP neural network algorithm. When the throttle is opening within the limits of set data, use fuzzy PID closed-loop control injection adjustment quantity. Add power supply voltage correction in starting fuel injection control, after starting fuel injection control added coolant temperature and supply voltage correction.(3) Complete the protection circuit design, the ECU and the sensors, actuators, interface circuit matching. Build the experimental platform. Test the control strategy of control system and adjust the control parameters with online optimization. Experiment shows that the ECU can correctly receive the engine sensor signals, drive fuel injector according to the control program, complete from start to stable operation, online optimization calibration make the engine fuel injection quantity decreased at idle speed and stable running.This article, obtains the MAP of the basic injection volume through the software of GT-POWER simulation; Studies in BP neural network, fuzzy PID control algorithm in the application of electronic control fuel injection system, finish algorithm porting at the foundation of MotoHawk platform, realizes the software simulation and hardware implementation. This kind of research technique can shorten the development time cycle, lower development costs and improve the overall performance of the system method. Carry out a beneficial attempt on electronic control fuel injection system of gasoline engine research and development.
