The rapid development of modern power electronic devices, and promote the wind power generation and grid technology mature gradually, and widely used. But due to the power electronic equipment power converter in the composition of its own nonlinear characteristics, is likely to cause the grid current and voltage waveform distortion, cause power grid harmonic pollution. Wind power as a new energy at the same time, and its volatility and unpredictability will produce new influence to grid voltage and reactive power compensation of wind farm. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid, it is necessary to carry out the research on wind farm reactive power configuration and the power qualityThis paper based on the location, climate, environment and related policy planning of Guilin Liuzijie wind farm, the reasonable recommendation from the Liuzijie wind farm access system is deduced. And with the aid of PSD power system analysis software-tide of BPA program, the classic plentiful biggest operation mode, plentiful minimum operation mode, mutagenicity biggest operation mode, mutagenicity minimum operation mode four kinds of power system operation mode, for the wind farm from no load to full load system when the tide and the analysis of reactive voltage. Calculation results show that, when the wind farm is full load, it is recommended that the adjusting range of the configuration of reactive power compensation device is 5.0-10.0 Mvar, reactive power compensation device of dynamic reactive power compensation device capacity should be not less than 50% of the total amount of compensation.Secondly, in this paper, the voltage deviation, flicker, voltage fluctuation, harmonic and low voltage ride through ability caused by access system of Liuzijie wind farm are comprehensive analysised, in order to realize the wind power quality evaluation. Through mature power system simulation software PSCAD simulation show that the ability of low voltage ride through completely conform to the requirement of national standard; Four kinds of operation mode, the wind farm output from no load to full load, and branches and PCC point voltage deviation conform to the requirements of the regulations, voltage flicker meet international requirements, voltage fluctuation satisfies the requirement of limit, not to exceed bid; In the case of without background harmonic and node of every harmonic current and voltage distortion rate in line with international standards.Finally, the simulation analysis the influence of harmonic on wind farm by the background harmonic,for example, metro traction station is introduced, the results showed that every harmonic voltage containing rate and voltage distortion rate will not conform to the requirements, need to strengthen governance.Through the study of this article, not only provide a basis for the actual Liuzijie wind farm project how to configure the reactive power compensation and when to need to the harmonic governance, but also provides the effective method for other wind farm access system how to carry out calculation and reactive power compensation for power quality assessment, can be used in similar projects for reference, has a strong practical significance and reference value.
