With the development of long cable-stayed bridge, the span becoming longer andlonger. so the cable-girder anchorage structure of the bridge is put forward a higherrequest. The enormous cable force of Cable-stayed bridge fixs on cable-beam anchoragestructure of the Cable-stayed bridge girder, the reliability of the cable—beam anchoragestructure will have a direct bearing on the safety of the entire bridge, so cable-beamanchorage structure is the key to the design of the site.First,The Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge applies the Cable-girder anchorage withtensile anchor plate.For the south to the whole bridge main finite-element analysis todetermine the anchor structure is studied in this paper for Z12object. Taking the Staticand fatigue test for Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge as an instance,the design of Static andfatigue test is studied in this thesis. Make sure that the factor of stress and restriction isnearly as same as the actual bridge and the finite element analysis,not only the testmodel is designed but also the test method is affirmed.Secondary, On the static test data analysis.moreover, with the finite elementmethod results,Shows that the tensile anchor plate mode structure has a reserve safety,But the local area there is a great stress.Finally, The analysis and evaluation of the fatigue test data indicate that thevalues of the main region is very close and shows the linear relation between strain andload.and the second,a11the10ad and unload course,actual strain is symmetrical andthat the crack is always not found in the structure of the test panel point. So theconclusion that it can not appear fatigue cracks during design life period with normalperiodic maintenance is provided.For predicting the probable service life of the testconnection joint of the Xiamen-Zhangzhou Bridge,the fatigue model test worked underover load beyond design life period is more studied.According to the contrast between the test data and data that the finite elementgains.it is validated that the test data which Can act as the proof to the true stresssituation is exact.Further, it is proved that the connection joint is reliable owing to somecorrelative knowledge and standards and the existing achievements. It is concluded thatthe fatigue intensity of the connection joint of the Xiamen-zhangzhou Bridge approve todesign requirement.
