At present, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has rapidly become one of the main types of bridge construction in our country, the construction method is also more likely to use the self-erection system which does not affect the traffic below the bridge. For adopting this method of bridge, the construction process will be influenced by many factors, the linear and internal force of the structure of the bridge state will change constantly, in order to ensure that the practical and theoretical state of the bridge verge to consistent, therefore, proceed construction control of the cantilever construction of prestressed concrete girder bridge is particularly important.Based on the design requirements and construction features of the reconstruction project of “Qinhe” Bridge in Jiaozuo, we decide to adopt the adaptive control method for bridge construction control. Specific implementation process, first of all, based on the finite element software Midas/Civil to carry out simulation analysis of the bridge construction process, to get the theoretical deflection and stress of each typical construction stage, and to obtain the measured values during the construction process, through contrastive analysis by theoretical and the measured values so that modify parameter values in the model, and conclude the next segment of the formwork elevation by comprehensive analysis, and so on, until the whole bridge closed.In order to ensure the linear meet the design expectations, focusing on the error of the completion of the engineering project which cannot eliminate, prediction for the state of the section is the key. In this paper, with the aid of the grey control theory that can be used for forecasting and estimating structural state, and applied to forecast the pre-camber of main girder in advance, through the analysis between the measured and predicted results, grey control theory proves to be good on predicting the structure state, so as to make the structure calculation, construction monitoring, error adjustment and state prediction constitute the complete adaptive control system.Based on proceeding adaptive control method effectively so that ensure the practical and theoretical state of the bridge has reached the expectations, the construction process carry out smoothly and efficiently, at the same time, the research work in this paper, also provides reference for the same or similar bridge construction monitoring in the future.
